[STHLM] Applied Logic Apps & IoT

Målet med Integration Usergroup Sweden är att genom en community driven insats öka förståelsen och kunskapen kring Microsofts produkter och lösningar inom integration, såväl tjänster och lösningar inom Microsoft Azure cloud som server porodukter som BizTalk.Information kommer att förmedlas främst genom presentationer och demo, genomförda av såväl frivilliga bland deltagarna själva som av speciellt inbjudna erkända svenska och internationella talare och experter. Det kommer även att finnas utrymme för andra typer av evenemang.Målgruppen är individer med teknisk bakgrund eller intresse, såväl från linje som från konsultorganisationer, intresserade av systemintegration på Microsoft plattformen.

On this evening we will get a visit from Steef-Jan & Eldert. They will talk about real world cases and experiences beyond the basics. We will look at Logic Apps and CRM Online integration and at IoT Hub and Dynamics 365. Session will be held in english.

Sessions
Successful Logic Apps Logic Apps, the most comprehensive integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) in the Cloud, provide connectivity to a wide range of SaaS solutions, various protocols and on premise systems. The possibilities are endless in the concept of server less. This talk will demonstrate the value of Logic App capability, its architecture, design patterns, pitfalls and a real-world business case.
  Managing IoT As time progresses, we will see more and more devices getting connected. This brings new challenges and opportunities for us, to make sure these devices get connected in a secure manner, and can be easily managed. In this session, we will see how IoT Hub can help us to register, manage and do bi-directional communication between our devices and Azure. We will use Dynamics 365 to manage our devices and see how we can pro-actively monitor our devices and dispatch maintenance crews.
Speakers
Steef-Jan Wiggers Steef-Jan Wiggers has 15 years’ experience as a technical lead developer, application architect and consultant, specializing in custom applications, enterprise application integration (BizTalk), Web services and Windows Azure. He currently works at <A HREF="https://www.macaw.nl/" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Macaw</A> as Principal Consultant. He is very active in the BizTalk community as a blogger, Wiki author/editor, forum moderator, writer and public speaker in the Netherlands and Europe. For these efforts, Microsoft has recognized him a Microsoft MVP for the past 6 years.
Steef-Jan is an active member and moderator on the MSDN BizTalk Server Forums, TechNet Wiki, and Code Gallery contributor. He also currently holds MCTS: BizTalk Server BizTalk Server 2006 R2, and BizTalk Server 2010 certifications. He is a board member of the Dutch Microsoft Integration User Group (<A HREF="http://miug.nl/" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">MIUG.NL</A>). 
Steef-Jan has written the “BizTalk Server 2010 Cookbook” published by Packt Publishing and has been involved in reviewing several other BizTalk related books. He is also the author of the “Supportability and Operation of BizTalk Server” and “WCF-BasicHttpRelay Adapter Deep Dive” whitepapers and reviewer for other whitepapers published through BizTalk360 website.   Eldert Grootenboer Eldert is an Microsoft Azure MVP and Integration Architect from the Netherlands, currently working at Motion10, mainly focused on IoT and BizTalk Server and Azure integration. He comes from a .NET background, and has been in the IT since 2006. He has been working with BizTalk since 2010 and since then has expanded into Azure and surrounding technologies as well. Eldert loves working in integration projects, as each project brings new challenges and there is always something new to learn. In his spare time Eldert likes to be active in the integration community and get his hands dirty on new technologies.
