Join us for a high-intensity, 45-minute step aerobics session that blends cardio, dance, and choreography. This class is perfect for all levels—beginners will catch on quickly, and returning participants will still find plenty of challenge. After the cardio portion, we'll wind down with 15 minutes of deep stretching to enhance flexibility and recovery.
