Step on the Stigma

Fly LoftTulsa, OK
Overview

Join We-Are 1in4 for a powerful hip-hop step aerobics session, supporting our mission to provide access to therapy for those in need.

Join us for Step on the Stigma, a community-centered wellness and fundraising event hosted by We Are 1 in 4, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to mental health care.

This event blends movement, motivation, and meaningful conversation to raise awareness around mental health while creating space for healing and connection. Attendees will enjoy a high-energy, beginner-friendly hip-hop step session, inspiring speaker moments, and opportunities to connect with local vendors and community partners.

100% of proceeds from this event go directly toward funding mental health therapy for individuals who may not otherwise have access to care. Our goal this year is to help 26 people access therapy, and every ticket helps move us closer to that mission.

This event is open to all ages and all fitness levels. Whether you come to move your body, support the cause, or connect with community, you belong here.

Come move with purpose, support mental health, and help us step on the stigma together.
