This intimate spring experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, realign your energy, and move forward with purpose. We’ll begin with a 30-minute all-levels yoga flow to awaken the body and ground you in the present moment, followed by a guided meditation to quiet the mind and deepen your clarity. From there, you’ll be led through a goal-setting workshop designed to help you reflect, realign, and define intentional next steps for the season ahead.
Throughout the experience, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others in a calm, welcoming environment—creating space not only for personal reflection, but for meaningful connection and shared intention.
