<h1>Nicole Russo - CEO at Microboard Processing</h1><p>Nicole oversees operations for Microboard, a premier high-tech electronic manufacturing services (EMS) firm. Nicole’s 15 years of leadership has garnered global recognition for her company’s success in meeting complex manufacturing challenges for advanced electronics in the Medical, Defense/Aerospace, Industrial, Commercial and Telecom sectors.</p><p>Nicole leads several global humanitarian projects through Microboard’s dedication to serving those least fortunate.  She is on the advisory boards of Carter Morse Goodrich, Ultra Pure, The Workplace, and CT’s Office of Workforce Strategy including CONNSTEP and Industry 4.0, while also leading CT’s Southwest Regional Sector Partnership consisting of over 300 manufacturers.  She is active with Yale’s Chief Executive Leadership Institute (CELI). Microboard received the 2019 American Manufacturing Hall of Fame Award.</p><p>Microboard received the 2019 American Manufacturing Hall of Fame Award.</p><p>She is a 2015 Women of Innovation Finalist in the Small Business Innovation and Leadership Category.</p><p>Nicole holds an MBA in management from D'Amore-McKim School of Business Northeastern University, and a BS from Salve Regina University.</p>

<h1>Beth Contini, Engineering Manager at Medtronic</h1><p>Beth is an Engineering Manager at Medtronic, Surgical Innovations, supporting the surgical stapling business. During her 15 year tenure at the company, she has also held leadership positions within her local chapter of the Medtronic Women’s Network and has helped shape local culture to be more inclusive and challenged conventional approaches by co-founding a novel development program which now serves over 1,000 employees.</p><p>Her innovations have resulted in several patents.</p><p>She served as a Divisional Engineering Intern at US Surgical and as an Assistant Researcher at Rochester University as an undergraduate.</p><p>She is  a 2020 Women of Innovation Finalist in the Research Innovation and Leadership category.</p><p> Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester.</p>

<h1>Amy Comer, Vice President of Engineering, Commercial Engine Programs, Pratt &amp; Whitney</h1><p>Amy Comer is the Vice President of Engineering for Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) Programs at Pratt &amp; Whitney, a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and a unit of Raytheon Technologies Corporation. She was appointed to her position in June 2019.</p><p>In her role, Amy oversees all of Pratt &amp; Whitney’s commercial product development, airframer integration, and customer technical support. Her responsibilities also include oversight of all aspects of product safety for Pratt &amp; Whitney’s commercial products and services. </p><p>Amy began her career as a controls engineer at Collins Aerospace developing engine systems to enable the F135 propulsion system.  During her subsequent 20 years at United Technologies and Raytheon Technologies, she has held a broad range of positions of in component and systems engineering, developing and sustaining both commercial and military product.  Most recently, she served as Chief Engineer for the PW1100G-JM geared turbo-fan engine that powers the Airbus A320neo for which she was responsible for supporting the product and it’s customers through early entry into service and subsequent production ramps to historic delivery volumes. </p><p>She is a 2014 Women of Innovation Finalist in the Large Business Innovation and Leadership category.</p><p>Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Cornell University.</p>

<h1>Michelle Johnson, Chief Operating Officer, MetrumRG</h1><p>Michelle brings over 16 years of management experience from a variety of industries including media and athletics to her current role as Chief Operating Officer at MetrumRG. With an MBA from Babson College, she has extensive training and practical experience in entrepreneurial business strategy, market positioning, and management of diverse teams. A marketer by training, Michelle is driven by a creative and consistent approach to executive leadership and company communications and aims to understand and advocate for the voice of key stakeholders.  </p><p>Michelle was honored to be a 2020 Women of Innovation® (WOI) Finalist in the Small-Medium Business Innovation and Leadership category.</p>
