__________Please join us for The Stem Slam 2024!A night of creativity, connection, and community. Storytellers, performers, hands-on activity hosts, and audience members of all ages gather to celebrate their diverse identities and journeys. You don't need to have existing strong connections to STEM to enjoy the festivities, but participating could lead to developing and deepening them. Food • Music • Spoken Word • Collective Art Making • A PBS Kids Show Sneak Preview!__________ STEM Slams are productions of the MIRROR (Movement to Invest in Reciprocity &amp; Re-imagine Outreach Relationships). Like all MIRROR programs, the STEM Slam is put together by a collective that plans events in the spirit of a potluck dinner, where each participant contributes to the experience and no-one is left on the sidelines. STEM Slam 2024 is sponsored in part by MathWorks, and is informed by a growing network of friends including Olin College of Engineering, Citizens of the World, buildingways, Friday Night Hype, Innovators for Purpose, and The Hip-Hop Transformation to name a few.
