I NSTRUCTIONS to register for Stellafane 2024, Aug 1 - Aug 4
1 - Before beginning the registration process, review the conference and Hartness House programs on the Stellafane web site and have the following information ready for the registration questions.

Basic convention registration
- Number of adults 16 and older.
- Number of children under 16.
- Decide if you would like one of the the pre-purchased Barbecue dinner on Saturday evening.
- Decide if you would like to arrive at the convention early. This option allows tents and small RV's to arrive starting at 3 PM Thursday.
If you will be camping, there are three options.
- Camping: One camping registration includes a single multi person tent, two single person tents.
- Small RV: Camping with a small Class B camper van or a small towed camper up to 17 ft in length.
- Large RV: Camping with one of the following, Any Class A or C, Class B 22 ft or longer. Larg RV's must arrive between 12 noon and 3 PM Thursday. The number of large RV spots is limited to 14.
Hartness House Lectures
- If you plan to attend the Hartness House program, decide which session you are interested in (day and/or evening). Attendance is limited to 80 per session. Hartness house registration also includes early arrival for campers starting Wed. and a Buffet dinner for those attending the evening session
When ready to start the registration process, click on the red "Reserve a Spot" button at top right of this page.
Revising orders
- I f you need to purchase additional items after checking out, simply login with the email you used previously and complete a new transaction (more people, meals, etc). You will receive an additional invoice and the new items will be added to your previous purchase. If you use a different email, they will be listed seperatly under the purchasers name.
- I f you need to cancel items you purchased, you can login and cancel the relevant items and will receive a refund on the payment method originally used.
Important dates:
- early registration will open April 29 12:01am
- early registration will close, and late registration open June 29 12:10am
- late registration closes July 29 12:01 am
