Calling all vendors.
We are now accepting applications for the 2019 STEAM Con Steampunk Pop Culture Convention at the Sapulpa Public Library. This is our second year and we hope to be even bigger and better than last year! This event is a fundraiser for our Friends of the Library and helps fund programs and activities at the library. 
 
Fri. Oct 25 & Sat. Oct 26, 2019
Fri. 10 a.m. - 4 p.m with 9 a.m. set up. Vendors may break down at 4 p.m.
Sat. 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. with 9 a.m. set up. Vendors may break down at 5 p.m.
Pre-registration ends Oct. 15, 2019.
Early Bird Vendor Application fee: $10, due by August 31, 2019 - First Come, First Served. 
Regular Vendor Application fee: $15, beginning September 1, 2019
The vendor fee covers both days total for either $10 or $15, depending on the date of purchase. 
 
One vendor form per vendor. If you have two businesses or need larger than a 10x 10 area, you would need 2 vendor forms, etc. 
If mailing payment with vendor form, please make check payable to Friends of the Sapulpa Public Library.
Payment must be post marked by Aug. 31 to receive early bird rate.
