A mental wellness approach for returned missionaries

The transition from serving a mission to “regular life” can be exciting and overwhelming. Learn skills and principles related to perfectionism, depression, anxiety, emotional resilience, and examining your purpose. Develop a greater understanding and testimony of The Atonement of Jesus Christ, conversion, the beauty and hope found on the covenant path. A 4-week live virtual curriculum with instruction provided by a professional religious educator and a licensed therapist.

The Utah Faith Summit is a purposeful gathering, dedicated to empowering faith leaders and individuals within the faith community, regardless of their belief systems, with meaningful insights about mental health. These instructors will compassionately explore diverse mental health challenges, equipping you with essential skills to provide unwavering support and guidance to others facing these difficulties, as well as nurturing the well-being of your loved ones and yourself.
