As Berkeley innovation companies grow, they have an opportunity to lead, not only in STEM industry design and development, but also by paving the way for a more equitable society. The BV2 event series kickoff panel will inspire startup founders, STEM industry business leaders, and the community at large to recognize the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion to good leadership and business strategy. Join the Berkeley Startup Cluster on Tuesday, May 18th from 4 - 5 pm to hear thought leaders share stories, strategies, and takeaways for innovating a more equitable future. During this event, we’ll also announce how Berkeley-based innovation companies can incubate and pitch their ideas for equitable workplace programs and products, in a community of values-aligned peers.The conversation will be moderated by Jill Finlayson, Director of the EDGE in Tech Initiative at UC Berkeley.
