She is a Startup Advisor, 17-year Strategy Consultant, Founder Executive Coach, an Award-Winning Strategist, and an International Speaker. Additionally, Ciara is a Certified Coach with Business Made Simple and the Coaches Federation, and has earned pedagogy certification with Columbia University where she teaches Entrepreneurship. Additionally, Ciara is a New York City-based and Publisher-backed Author on Leadership, sits on the Forbes Coaches Council and serves as the Interim President of the TechShift Alliance Board of Directors. Additionally, Ciara is the Founder &amp; CEO of several companies, including CIARA &amp; Co., BONOS Ventures, and The Why Group Inc.. This fee ensures only the most serious Founders are reserving a seat and supports operational costs for hosting the workshop. Once you purchase your ticket, your seat is confirmed. Prior to the event, you will receive communications with the access link and steps to provide your supportive materials prior to the pitch workshop.

Agenda

To kick off the event, you will hear from season experts on what to expect in the workshop. You will also use this time to opt-in to your preferred expert for the 1:1 consultation.

Welcome & Introduction

We will cover essential elements of your story and pitch deck, what to look for, and must-haves for telling your story.

Pitch Essentials

During these 30 minutes, you will have access to your preferred expert for 5-8 minutes for feedback on your pitch deck and discuss any questions you have. You'll then use the remaining time to make tweaks as desired before the 2pm mock pitch session. To make the most use of your time with your consultant, you will be asked to share your pitch deck ahead of the event so they can prepare for your discussion.

1:1 Pitch Consultation & Prep

During this hour, each selected company will have 8-10 minutes to mock pitch live for the group to receive feedback on delivery. Prior to the event, you will be asked to opt-in to this portion to ensure you're comfortable pitching in the large setting.
