Startup Challenges: Structuring and Financing Your Entrepreneurial Venture
A two-part educational program designed to provide the entrepreneur with an overview of the legal documents associated with starting and funding a company. Led by veteran innovation attorney, Jeff Jones, the two sessions will offer advice and strategies for avoiding common pitfalls and will foster a clearer understanding of the tangle of legal documents facing a startup entrepreneur.
