Are you confused when to introduce solids to your baby? Then, learn the evidence based facts when to start complimentary foods to your infant. The topics include what foods to start, when, how, how much and other helpful advice about solid foods.

And, if your insurance it is Aetna, please fill your insurance information on the contact form as well. If not, I will provide a super bill for reimbursement. Please, pay the fee for group class in advance, no later then 24 hrs before the event on http://www.mindfulnesslactation.com/lactation-consultant-fees/.
The breastfeeding classes are held at your home privately or with a group of at least 4 mothers or our office.
