Meet your panelists:

Michael Broderick  

After 25 years in the mortgage industry in Southern California, Michael transitioned to buying and selling properties here in Maricopa County in 2010. By providing impeccable service to the sellers, he has purchased, rehabbed and sold over 200 residential properties as well as wholesaling another 100+ properties. He oversees every step of the project; acquisition, financing, design, overseeing construction as well as listing agent. Running parallel to that, he started acquiring rental properties for personal long term income and wealth. He presently has 10 self-managed residential rentals in Maricopa County and 6 properties in various stages of rehab for resale. 

Julian Tiege

Julian Tiege started his career in Real Estate in 2017. Took a leap of faith by leaving his job in the corporate world to start something of his own. After 5 years of going all in, both he and his wife currently manage over 60 units from their portfolio while also representing retail clients buy and sell their homes. Julian started fix and flipping properties early in his career, worked under more seasoned investors/mentors who he learned all the ins and outs of the investing world from wholesaling, rehabbing, and creative financing. Right now Julian continues to work on growing his Real Estate portfolio here in the valley, with his latest project being a 16 unit multifamily apartment complex. Right now Julian is working on transitioning his focus from residential projects over to the commercial retail/office/industrial side. 

Jason Mendoza 

Jason is the Broker/Owner founder of MY Rental Superstore.  He has been in the industry since 2003, and has served in multiple roles from Agent to Property Manager to Broker.  He has brought his hands-on approach to running the business and knowing all aspects of buying, selling, and managing properties. He has worked in the industry building organizations, excelling at sales, and has a full understanding of what it takes to manage a portfolio of Rental Properties.  He presides over the organization on a daily basis, and delivers the leadership with his commitment to staying on the cutting edge of technology and strategies that make My Rental Superstore a unique place to be.  He is a Rental Portfolio Owner as well so you can know from the top of the company to the bottom, understanding the needs of the individual owners starts at the top.
