Description

Starting an Inexpensive Home Recording Studio Workshop

For high school and adult students

$40

Saturday, March 4, 9:00AM-1:00pm

Roger will explain and demonstrates the basics of using a mixer/ recorder. Microphone types, uses and setups. How to EQ. How to double track and bounce tracks for overdubbing. Bring your instrument and or voice and we will cover the basics of getting started. It should be a fun morning of music and learning.

Classes – What Goes and What Doesn’t: Please register early- don’t procrastinate! Pre-registration is required for Art School classes; classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Students will be registered ONLY on receipt of payment. Enrollment is limited in most classes to twelve students-some have a smaller limit due to space or equipment limitations – so register early to be assured of a space. We also need to know that we have enough students in a class to meet minimum enrollment (usually 3 students in classes and workshops.) If you put off registering for a class or workshop, it may be cancelled due to low enrollment. Classes with low enrollment are cancelled 48 hours before the class is scheduled to begin.

Refunds and Cancellation Policies: We must maintain a minimum enrollment in order to sustain a class or workshop. This minimum is usually 3 students. If we do not have minimum registration, we must cancel the class, whereupon a full refund will be issued.
