Participants will learn the key steps of launching a nonprofit organization through a practical roadmap, helping you go from idea to action implementing the startup mechanics of establishing a nonprofit.

You should participate if:

  • You’re passionate about a cause and ready to make a difference but feel overwhelmed by the first steps.
  • You're unsure about the “nuts and bolts” of establishing a nonprofit organization.
  • You're questioning the feasibility of a for-profit vs. nonprofit model for your cause.
  • You haven't begun the 501(c)(3) application process and don't know where to start.

This intensive, hands-on workshop will equip you with the knowledge and tools to:

  • Craft a compelling vision and articulate your organization's purpose with clarity and impact.
  • Master the roadmap to launch and run your nonprofit, from funding acquisition to resource management.
  • Build a robust operational framework for long-term sustainability and compliance.
  • Leave equipped with practical tools and strategies to implement successful organizational tactics and establish your organization.

Our interactive format fosters peer-to-peer learning, giving you the confidence and support to navigate your journey as a transformative leader.
