Richard (Rick) L. Ray, CEO and President, Wealth Design Group. WDG is one of the fastest growing firms in the Texas.  In 2013, Rick’s firm qualified for the GAMA International IMA Diamond Award.  Rick has been in the financial planning industry for 27 years. Rick is actively involved in the financial services industry. He recently served as President of the Houston Chapter of the Society of Financial Professionals. As an active member of the financial services industry, Rick and his executive team have a commitment to helping more women succeed in Financial Services. 
 
Nancy Levicki, President and Co-Founder, Dress for Success Houston. In the summer of 1998, Nancy Levicki put her fashion skills back to work, but this time, it was not for a major retail specialty store. Nancy’s background as the couture buyer for Sakowitz was the perfect backdrop for her drive to help low- income, Houston area women enter the job market looking and feeling their best. Nancy, Susie Cunningham and a small group of founding Board members opened the first Dress for Success in the state of Texas. Eighteen years later, Dress for Success Houston has provided more than 75,000 units of service to 35,000 underprivileged women in Houston. 

Christine M. Hollinden, MBA, CPSM. Growing up in a family of six kids, Christine Hollinden, CPSM knew how to stand out at an early age. Now, as founding principal of Hollinden | professional services marketing, she’s passionate about helping services firms distinguish themselves from the pack. Her energetic and forward-thinking approach has earned her status as a sought-after speaker on marketing topics. Dedicated to the industry, she served as an adjunct professor of marketing at the University of St. Thomas for over ten years and currently teaches social media for business in the Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Education at Rice University. When she’s not helping firms build their brand and drive business development, you’ll find her perfecting her swing on the golf course.
