 Start Smart Workshop 

AAUW advances equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy, and research. Since its’ founding in 1881, AAUW members have worked on tackling the issues of the day from social to political issues.

Start Smart Workshops are specifically designed for college students about to enter the job market. According to AAUW’s research, women one year out of college are paid only 82 % of what their male counterparts receive. By using the skills taught in this workshop, you are prepared to
