Start Smart is for teens 15-19 and their parents focusing on soon to be and new drivers. the 2 hour presentation focuses on safe driving.

Start Smart is a FREE 2 hour presentaion given by a CHP officer. Start Smart is designed to educate newly licensed drivers as well as soon to be drivers of the resposibilities of holding a California driver's license, rules of the road, the dangers of driving and tips to safe driving.
