Welcome to the Windy City Vintage Fest vendor sign up page. 100+ vendors of vintage apparel, home goods, art, handmade, food, drinks, and more at the historic Logan Square Auditorium!

Logistics:

1. Event runs from 12-6pm. Admission is Free with RSVP or $5 at the door
2. Chairs are complimentary and tables available for rent at the venue ($20)
3. No food or beverage sales allowed except for food and beverage vendors
4. We are not liable for damages or stolen goods.
5. There are no refunds for vendor spaces. Spaces are limited.
6. All vendors are expected to promote the event to maximize attendance
7. We will be investing a large amount into paid advertising, flyers in the neighborhood and local businesses, prior event attendees, and influencer marketing to ensure a succesful event for all participants
8. All vendor spaces will be indoors
9. The fee is per day (must purchase Saturday & Sunday tickets for 2 day)
10. Load in will be 8:30-11:30am day of the event on Saturday & 9:30am-11:30am Sunday
11. Floor plan will be sent via email by Thursday of the week of the event
