Stanford Bioinformatics Center Multi-Omic Hackathon: Leveraging MoTrPAC Datasets for Accelerated Development and Discovery
The Stanford Bioinformatics Center is excited to announce the launch of the Multi-Omics hackathon happening this September 25-27th, 2026. This is an opportunity to tackle complex biological questions at scale, explore high-dimensional multi-omics datasets from public initiatives like the MoTrPAC Data Hub, and collaborate directly with expert computational biologists, regardless of whether you are new to command-line tools or optimizing advanced pipelines. We hope you'll join us in person for this exciting event!
