Stanford Family Weekend 2024

Family Weekend is an annual event held to provide families of current undergraduates a glimpse into their student's life and experience at Stanford University. Family Weekend 2024 will feature a variety of activities for families to participate in throughout the weekend.

Weekend highlights include:

• Welcome with the President and Provost
• Academic Discussions
• Student Experience Sessions
• Lunch in the Student Residence Dining Hall
• Residence Hall and Student Neighborhood Receptions
• Community Center and Campus Open Houses
• Resource Fair
• Self-Guided Tours
• Cardinal Student Showcase

Important registration information:

• For safety, security, and planning purposes, online registration is required to attend.
• No on-site registration available. We are unable to accommodate day-of-event walk-up registrations. If you are planning to come to campus, you must register online before the deadline.
• No registration is required for virtual participation.
• Up to a maximum of four (4) family members per current Stanford student can register to attend.
• There is no cost to register or participate in Stanford’s Family Weekend.
• Due to space considerations, seating at some Family Weekend events will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registering for Family Weekend does not guarantee access to all events.
• Museums and other special tours may require separate reservations or registration. Other campus group’s events held during the weekend may require tickets.
• Please let us know if your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, so we can reduce waste by ordering just the right amount of food and printed materials.

Online registration will close at 11:59 PM on Friday, February 16, 2024.
