This standard first aid course provides comprehensive instruction in handling a variety of common injuries and illnesses.

Standard First Aid

Join us for an informative and hands-on in-person event on Standard First Aid. Our expert trainers will guide you through the proper procedures and equip you with the skills to confidently respond during emergencies.

Time: 9:00M to Noon

Location: 1075 South Yukon Street, Lakewood, CO, USA, Suite 360

This standalone first aid course provides comprehensive instruction in valuable skills to enable the lay responder to handle a variety of the most common injuries and illnesses requiring immediate care until professional rescuers arrive. Please note however that it does not include instruction in performing CPR or using an AED.

The content of this course was developed by the Emergency Care and Safety Institute in association with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American College of Emergency Physicians. Upon successful completion of this course, students will receive a two-year certification from the Emergency Care and Safety Institute for Standard First Aid.
