Stand up Paddle Interval Training

Water Wellness is a stand up paddle board company with a focus on fitness and paddle technique training. We will hold training classes to develop good technique so that an optimal full body workout can be achieved. Working on the water offers other components to a traditional workout such as balance development and mental  wellness, while providing a low impact workout. Our workouts will use interval training, technique training, and strength training to achieve physical goals, while building a community of paddle board athletes.

Water Wellness  Interval Training class is a full body workout with strength and cardio elements on a stand up paddle board.

Lake Virginia Dinky Dock

<p>Start your morning with a paddle workout. We will have an on ground warm up, technique water warm up, and an interval sprint series followed by a cool down. This hour long class will increase your fitness and improve your paddle stroke. You can bring your own paddle board or choose a ticket with a paddle board included. </p><ul><li>If you have never been on a paddle board a learn to paddle class or series  will be necessary to join this interval training. </li></ul><ul><li>If bringing your own board, please include a leash, paddle, water, and a life vest. If using a blow up board please arrive early to inflate your board. We will meet on the beach.</li></ul>
