Comedy WorkshopsWe’re excited to offer a series of Taster Comedy Workshops designed for anyone curious about exploring comedy in a supportive, creative, and welcoming space.These sessions are open to all levels — whether you’re completely new to comedy or just want to try something different. It’s a chance to build confidence, learn new skills, and connect with others through creativity and laughter.Workshop DatesStand-Up Comedy Tuesday 12 May 2026 Tuesday 19 May 2026PLEASE NOTE, PARTICIPANTS SHOULD ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS.THIS BOOKING IS FOR A TWO WEEK COURSE. Showcase EventAll workshops lead towards a live showcase on Sunday 31 May 2026, where participants will have the opportunity to share their work in a supportive, celebratory setting. Workshop Details<ul><li>Time: 5:30pm – 8:30pm</li><li>Location: SALT MARKET SOCIAL, 1 Liddell St, Tynemouth, North Shields NE30 1HE, United Kingdom</li><li>Group size: 15 spaces per workshop</li><li>Open to: 18+ only</li><li>Designed as taster sessions for beginners and those new to comedy</li></ul> Pay What You FeelWe believe art should be accessible to everyone.<ul><li>Book your place for free</li><li>At the end of the session, you can pay what you feel it’s worth (with no obligation to pay anything at all)</li><li>If you’re able to pay more, you’ll be helping support others who may not be able to pay anything at all</li></ul>This model helps keep our workshops inclusive and open to everyone.
