Headliner comedians Phillip Kopczynski and Harry J. Riley will take the stage at Kelly's for a hilarious show.

<p>Phillip Kopczynski, was born and raised in the moutains of Eastern Washington, and started comedy at age 11 doing pratfalls to make his Down Syndrome sister laugh. Now he's a reluctant nice guy and father who just wants to pay in the wilderness.
