Comedy Soup Oakland seeks to produce and promote top flight indie comedy shows all around the Bay Area and beyond.

We started out running a speakeasy comedy club known as Comedy Soup out of the founder's living room prior to Covid , which SF Gate named the best comedy show in the Bay Area, going for 4 plus years till the lockdown.

After being involved in outdoor shows during the pandemic, we're expanding into new venues as the Bay Area comedy scene continues to evolve, trying to bring the best of regional and national comedy to the community while giving the next generation of great comics the stage time to grow and soar.
