Should we bring anything?

Accepted Answer

Yes, disposable gloves, work clothes or apron, even a change of clothes if you wish. We have bathrooms available if you want to change. This workshop is messy, so make sure you are ready to tame all that paint.

Is screen printing and etching the same?

Accepted Answer

No, screen printing is designed to be less toxic and faster than etching, and was created much after. Our work will be made in acrylic sheets, so no toxic materials will be used. Etching requires engraving on the acrylic sheet and pressure afterwards while stamping. Screen printing doesn't.

Are materials provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will give you everything you need. But if you wish to make your own series (stamp 30+ times) we ask you to bring paper for it, as we can only provide at most 3 sheets per student.
