T his open studio time is intended for those with experience in either copper foil or mosaic glass techniques. You can complete a kit that I offer in my classes or a mosaic project to complete at a discounted rate or you can make your own copper foiled project with glass/consumable materials that you provide. This workshop is on a drop in basis from 1-9pm, reserving a spot on eventbrite helps me to plan for your use of the studio but payments will be taken in the studio.



Tools and equipment available for a flat $20 fee per 4 hours:

- Handheld cutters (pen grip, pistol grip, Thompson grip)

- Cutters Mate weighted cutter

- Flying Beetle Straight edge and angle cutter

- Grozing Pliers & Running Pliers

- Grinder machines

- Taurus 3 Ring Saw

- Various Fids for Foiling

- Table top Horizontal and Vertical Foiling Machines

- Handheld Foilers

- 100 Watt soldering irons including Weller 100p and Hakko 601

- Flux cups and Brushes

- Various pliers, files, brushes

- Safety glasses

- Nitrile gloves

- Cut resistant gloves

- Glass nippers

- Mini miter saw

- Came Bender (need advance notice)


- Use of copper foil and solder for an additional $5 for small 8x8" 2D projects, $10 for medium 10x10" 2D projects, $15 for large 12x12" 2D projects.
