About this event

  • 3 hours

The 5 Mile and Bell Creek project is the result of a decade long Forest Service project to promote process-based restoration and engagement between creek channels and floodplains.

An exellent example of the implementation of a Stage Zero project, 5 Mile and Bell Creek, along with the ongoing Salamander project site, can serve to answer important questions about Stage Zero floodplain reconnection.

Join the Siuslaw Watershed Council for a site tour and program about the process and implementation of Stage Zero projects within the Siuslaw river basin.
