<A HREF="https://www.ssainsuranceservices.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">SSA Insurance Services</A> has teamed up with <A HREF="https://www.sheriwellnessconsulting.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Sheri Matthews Kimmel</A>, a leading figure in San Diego's wellness community, to host a half-day comprehensive Workplace Wellness Bootcamp at Trilogy Sanctuary in downtown La Jolla!  Join us from 12-4pm on Friday, April 27th atop Trilogy's ocean view rooftop cafe for a healthy vegan lunch to start our workshop!  Then we'll have a discussion on what IS workplace wellness, address the challenges many businesses have, talk about the top workplace wellness trends for 2018, and give you some cost effective tips, tricks, and hacks to make sure your wellness program is a success!  We'll go over everything you need to know to increase participation which will make a big impact on employee morale and productivity.  In between sessions we will enjoy a chair yoga break/demo and chair massage!  Finally we will end with a collborative workshop to customize and plan out the next 4 months of your organization's wellness program so it's ready for launch!  Also take with you a "Swag Bag" full of healthy snacks, bars, and juices from local vendors and other health resources!
