The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation a 2-Day class and is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria. This class cost $295 through NAR.

To permanently secure the SRS Designation, complete the 16HR class, submit the designation application along with documentation of three completed transactions. Annual dues are waived for the first year, then $99 each subsequent year.
