Sri Lankan and Tamil Community Health Fair

Join us for our summer health fair, a morning dedicated to your health and well-being.

Sevenfields PCN healthcare professionals will be on hand to provide expert advice. There will be Social Prescribers, Health Coaches, Care Coordinators, and the Digital Exclusion Team.

There will also be a variety of stalls with information about all aspects of health, wellness, and lifestyle improvements. There will be a cancer support group, Phoenix Community Housing and more.

About your host

Vaibhavi Saraph is a community health champion and freelancer for academic projects. She is passionate about gardening and also volunteers for local communities. She has gained experience in fostering collaborations and learning about the cultural aspects of diverse communities.

Useful Information:

• Bus 124 stops outside the community centre, and parking is available on local roads.
• Refreshments will be provided on the day.
• There will be a photographer taking pictures at this event. However, don't let that put you off. When you arrive, just let us know you don't want to be included in the photos.

We are five local residents, working with Downham Community Land Trust, Sevenfields PCN & Social Life.
