Do I need to bring my own Squishmallows?

No! A variety of clean, adorable and comfy Squishmallows will be provided to use alongside traditional Restorative Yoga Props. However, if you have a favorite Squish of your own, feel free to bring them along with you :)

What should I bring?

-A yoga mat (mats will be available if you don’t have one or forget)
-Comfortable clothing you can fully relax in
-An open heart and mind ready to receive

Street parking is free on Sunday's, and plenty is available surrounding the studio space! Please allow ample time to find parking before class,

What if I arrive to the studio and the door is locked?

Not at all! Receiving Reiki, and the use of provided essential oils are all optional and complimentary :)
