Pilates + Pelvic Floor = A Match Made in Heaven! Inspired by the teachings of Dr. Sara Reardon, this event is for the folks who want to learn a little, move a little, and connect a lot.
Our pelvic floor supports your bladder, bowels, and reproductive organs. It acts as a valve to control when you use the bathroom and prevents accidental leaks. It also works with your deep core muscles to stabilize your spine. So, we need to make sure we are taking care of it.
Mikayla with Dohpuhmeen Wellness will lead you through a 10-minute Breathwork and a 45-minute Stretch + Pilates class that will tap into strengthening your pelvic floor through hip mobility, glute strengthening, and deep core stabilizing. (Bring your own mat!)
