Join us for Squat + Reset - a somatic strength experience designed to help you sweat, build confidence, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect to your joy.

What most of us were never taught is how to respond to stress once the pressure is on - or how to come back down once we’ve been activated.
When you exercise, your body enters a heightened state: heart rate up, breath quickened, intensity rising. For many people, the nervous system associates that state with stress or anxiety, and we never learn how to release it.
Squat + Reset is a unique twist on exercise that combines bodyweight strength training, somatic movement/nervous system regulation tools, mental wellness, and dance to teach your body something new: that it is safe to hold emotions without being overwhelmed by them, so you can begin living with regulation, aliveness, and wholeness rather than staying stuck in stress patterns. This is more than a typical workout; it’s a space to shake off what’s been holding you back, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling grounded, alive, and equipped with tools to support mental well-being long after the class ends.

Led by Ivy Watts, former DII All-American athlete, this class is informed by Ivy’s own journey out of years of anxiety and pressure to perform. Today, she guides others in learning what she was never taught as an athlete - how to feel safe in intensity, complete the stress cycle, and reconnect back to themselves.
What to expect:
- A guided somatic drop-in to connect with your body to warm us up
- A 60-minute strength workout with somatic regulation woven throughout
- New tools for mental wellness
- Movement, shaking, and dance to release and reclaim joy
- Space at the end for reflection, discussion, connection, and a light lunch
