Is this a meetup just for a specific Mentorship or Investor Group?

NOPE! We created this meetup to bring the various parts of Real Estate Transactions together in a space where you can make friends, get answers to your questions, and most importantly.. DO DEALS together! Whether you are Astro, Gator, Subto, Wholesalers, Agents, GC etc.. We want to see you there.

Is there a cost to attending?

NOPE! This event is a free monthly meeting. We want you there to participate and add your unique value to the Community.

Are kids allowed?

I speak from experience that leaving your kids at home is the easiest way to stay focused and productive at a meetup.. That said, we don't want you to feel like you can't come because life happened and your sitter bailed. Most our activities are geared for adult participants unless otherwise stated.
