For sellers: What time should I arrive?

Sellers should arrive by 11:30am to start setting up your stalls

For sellers: How much space will I be allocated?

Accepted Answer

Sellers will be assigned a table of size approx 180cm x 60cm plus one chair. Please respect your allocated area and keep walkways clear. Let us know if you will need extra chairs. Please ensure your area is clean and tidy before leaving.

Question 3

For sellers: How do I take payment?

Accepted Answer

Sellers must handle their own payments, whether in cash, mobile payments, or other methods. No central payment system will be provided.

Question 4

For sellers: How long should I stay for at the event?

Accepted Answer

Sellers are expected to stay for the duration of the event unless agreed otherwise with organisers.

Question 5

For sellers: What should I do if I can no longer attend?

Accepted Answer

Please notify us at your earliest convenience so we can give your table space to someone else.  You can do this by cancelling your Eventbrite order or contacting jade@forestreetforall.com

Question 6

For sellers: What should I do with any unsold items?

Accepted Answer

Any items that are not sold must be taken home by the seller at the end of the event. No items should be left behind. Any rubbish, packaging, or discarded items must be taken home or disposed of properly.

Question 7

For sellers: Is there anything I cannot sell?

Accepted Answer

Only legal and appropriate items may be sold. No prohibited goods, including counterfeit, hazardous, or stolen items, are allowed. If selling electrical items, they should be in working order and safe to use.  Clothing should be in wearable condition and we will not accept underwear or swimwear.

For sellers: Who is responsible for the items?

Accepted Answer

Sellers are responsible for the care and security of their own items throughout the sale. The event organisers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.  Sellers participate at their own risk. The organisers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or disputes arising from sales.

We reserve the right to ask sellers to remove inappropriate items from sale.  Sellers participate at their own risk. The organisers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or disputes arising from the sale of items.

Please contact Jade (jade@forestreetforall.com) who will be able to help with any further queries. On the day, look out for stewards in their high viz vests who will be able to support with any queries.
