Sunday Retreat: Mind & Body Reset
Take time to refresh your mind and body. Enjoy a morning of tai chi, yoga, stretching, myofascial release, breathwork and brief meditation.
Spend Sunday, May 31st, at the beautiful and peaceful Blueberry Gardens Healing Center. Together, we will pause the busyness of life to rest, reset and refresh.
Morning Session 10:30am - 1:30pm: Start the day with breathwork and a tai chi warm up that flows into yoga, stretching and myofascial release. During this morning session, reduce tightness and tension while gently energizing the entire body!
Break for a light lunch
The Afternoon Session 2:00pm - 5:00pm is FULL.
