Our Springfield African American Conference, Release the Silence: Reducing Memory Health Disparities with Awareness, Education, and Resources, will navigate topics such as: the Alzheimer's and dementia journey, managing the caregiving role and navigating life with a diagnosis. This program is designed for those who are caregivers of a person with Alzheimer's, individuals who want to learn more about the disease, and health professionals wanting to learn about health disparities that affect individuals in the African American community.
