Hi friends!

I have always loved to write and have almost always not made the time for it that i would like to in my life…until recently! Our first group that we are halfway through has been such a sweet success that I am offering another eight week writing group that will begin on April 16th!

Would you like to join me? There is no requirement to consider yourself a "writer," be good at writing, or have written anything before! All you need is the desire to excuse the inner critic out of the room and write with abandon:) This is not a feedback group, in fact no feedback at all will be given!

This is simply to trust-fall into what is real and unpolished and true inside of yourself and put it on the paper without editing or trying to sound smart or put together!

The details: Starts April 16th, 11:00am-12:30pm PST

- 1x/week for 8 weeks. 1.5 hours. We will meet in person, at my home in Woodacre. Groups will be on: 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4, 6/11.

- I will facilitate and charge $20/group ($160 for the 8 week series). No one turned away for lack of funds, this is not a money maker for me, I'm just hoping to inspire consistency by having people put a little skin in the game! Otherwise it’s too easy to talk ourselves out of it and into things that are “more productive” or “time sensitive”. Ha.

- Format: I will follow a simple format that will be familiar to you if you know of Laurie Wagner's practice she calls Wild Writing. I will read a couple poems or excerpts or songs each time that will inspire our prompts and we will do a few sections of timed writing and each have the opportunity to share.
