Join us in Temecula for an immersive workshop designed specifically for countertop professionals who want to strengthen marketing and sales performance, improve operational efficiency, and develop stronger management practices.This event blends practical instruction with real-world examples, open discussion, and peer collaboration—so participants leave with clear ideas they can apply directly to their business.

WEDNESDAY EVENING THE 18th

Welcome Meet & Greet

We’ll kick things off with a casual meet-and-greet on Wednesday evening, offering an opportunity to connect with fellow attendees, exchange insights, and begin building relationships before the workshop sessions begin.


THURSDAY

Marketing: Fox & Brand Marketing Co. will lead a live marketing session built for fabricators who want more leads and more booked jobs. You will learn how speed to lead, tracking, and analytics show you where inquiries come from and which efforts turn into real revenue. We will break down what a smart marketing budget looks like and how to spend it wisely. You will also see how reviews, brand building, and video marketing help you earn trust faster, stand out locally, and stay top of mind.

Processes: Shayne, Beau and Narelle will will discuss the processes they use from sales to install that helps keep the jobs flowing and the information clear. Be ready to bring your questions. This will be a panel Q&A

Lunch

Sales: Managing Partner Ben Mestek from Pacific Stone SoCal will be doing a sales class on pushing the pace, importance of getting the quote out first. And creating value in your business and your reputation through reviews and online presence to position your business as the commodity at every estimate. This class will be aimed at the small shops that want to build up & that started from the bottom.

Happy Hour Round Table: This is where the meat is! Talking about issues that plague your business with others who have been through it. Don’t miss this one!


Dinner at 1909 Temecula


FRIDAY

Cabinets: Ben from Pacific Stone will showing you how to add cabinets to your business and how easy and lucrative it can be with the right systems and vendors in place. Will be introducing brands that are available all over the country for every market. He will be showing how easy it is to draw a kitchen and how fast it can be to add items to your business that runs double the margins of countertops.

Managing Remnants: Narelle from McKenzie Stone & Tile and Ted from Fifth Gear Technologies/SpeedLabel will be talking about the managing of remnants. Are you capitalizing on the income you can be making from your remnants? Or do you see them as wasted time and energy? They will show you that by organizing your remnants you can be a quick money maker.

LUNCH

Wrap-up Round Table: This has proven to be a great tradition of looking back on the information we have just learned and discuss how we are going to implement them. This is the time to ask questions!
