About This Workshop: Learn Strategies for a Better You!

In this workshop, we will learn practical, every day ways to clear our habitual patterns and limiting beliefs about ourselves and the world. We'll discover tools on how to move toward natural wisdom and confidence. You will leave with a better understanding of yourself in relationship to others and a greater appreciation for the life force within each of us.

Workshop Details

This is a 2-day workshop

Saturday May 3, 2025 from 11 am - 5:30 pm

Sunday May 4, 2025 from 11 am - 5:30 pm

Lunch break at 1:30 pm on both days. You are welcome to bring your lunch or go out. There are lots of lunch options nearby in downtown Kirkland, including PCC and Metropolitan Market.

Tickets are $250/person for the weekend, cash or Venmo at entry. Sliding scale available upon request.

Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a notepad, pen and clipboard (or something to write on) or tablet for writing.

Where can I park?

Street parking is available. Please be mindful not to block any neighbors' driveways.

I really want to go but if I can't pay the ticket price. What are my options?

Sliding scale fee is available upon request. Please email laurenevedayani@gmail.com to inquire about sliding scale or a reduced cost ticket.

How long is the lunch break?

Lunch will be 1 hour on both days, 1:30 to 2:30 pm. You can drive out to get lunch nearby, or bring your lunch.

How do I pay?

Payment at the time of entry. Cash is preferred but Venmo and Paypal options are available.

Should I bring anything?

Bring something to write in -- a notepad, pen and hard surface to write on like a clipboard, or a phone/tablet for writing.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course! This event is open to all. But registration before the event is required, so have your friend register on Eventbrite.
