Maria is a firm believer in the body's ability to heal when given the proper tools. It is her mission to make those tools available to all who are ready to experience empowered wellness. Maria's career in wellness began 6 years ago with the opening and operation of a health food store and in 2012 she became a certified yoga instructor. In addition she is a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and has studied the benefits and use of doTERRA essential oils extensively.
