What can I expect at the Well-being Fair?

You can expect a day filled with small group workshops, conversation circles, interactive 1:1 sessions with practitioners, vegan snacks and drinks, and an opportunity to explore a wide range of health and wellness centered experiences.

Is the Well-being Fair suitable for all ages?

Accepted Answer

While the fair is open to all ages, the activities and workshops are generally more suitable for 18+. Children under 18 will require adult supervision and discretion on involvement is up to the parent or guardian.

Question 3

Can I show up at anytime or is there a set schedule?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to come and go as you please during our 12noon-4pm time frame. There are scheduled activities as well as options to get involved throughout the day no matter what time you arrive. There are a limited number of 1:1 sessions with practitioners who are meeting 1:1, 1st-come, 1st-served.

What are the accessibility options at Mukunda Studio?

Mukunda Studio is located on the 2nd floor of 1250 Folsom Street. There is a full set of stairs to reach the studio. There is no elevator access and we have been given a hardship from the city due to this. We are a shoes-off space but offer shoe covers if you need to keep your shoes on.

Are pets allowed in Mukunda Studio?

As much as we love pets, the studio does not. :/ If you have your pet in the carrier the entire time you are in the building, then we can welcome you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create and thank you for your understanding.

Question 6

Can I bring outside food or drinks into Mukunda Studio?

Accepted Answer

Mukunda Studio is a vegetarian/vegan space and we leave alcohol outside. Use of drugs for medicinal purposes is welcome. Other than that, you are welcome to bring in food and drinks as they follow this criteria. We treat Mukunda Studio as an oasis of good health and a respite from common stressors.
