29th Annual Spring Wassail at Stone Ridge Orchard
In celebration of the harvest to come Hudson Valley Farmhouse invites you to come participate in this ancient Celtic ritual as we sing to the apple trees to ensure a bountiful harvest. Honor the farms as we partake in local and artisanal food and ciders. Join the circle for traditional folk-style dancing to live Balkan and Macedonian Romani music as we celebrate the coming of spring and the promise of a bountiful harvest. Enjoy Zlatne Uste, Seido Salifoski, Cherven Traktor, Vanaver Caravanand and friends. Sing, dance, and feast as we pay homage to the new crop!
Spring release of a number of our many Hudson Valley Farmhouse Ciders. New single varietals and infusion ciders will be poured for multiple tastings held both days, you wont want to miss out. Sing to the trees and wish them a bountiful season so we can produce more cider!
