Spring Up the Bluff is brought to you again this year by Bluffs Physical Therapy, Logoz and NEXT Young Professionals!

The race will begin and end on Summit Road, totaling a distance of 1.6 miles.

There are five categories to register for:

  • Tiny Trotters - Ages 5-12
  • Silver Stride - Ages 55+
  • Fast Track Challenge - Any solo runner
  • Handoff Hustle - Relay team, 2-6 people
  • Fast & Fur-ious - Run with your dog (must be on a leash)

Early registration by April 17 guarantees a t-shirt!

Day-of registration begins at 3:30 PM.
