Spring Training Program 2020

Revolution Runningis a running training club for all abilities, who want to improve, meet others and have fun in a coached group training environment.Members can choose from five ability groups and attend up to three group workouts per week.Groups available in Boulder, Longmont, E. Boulder Cty, Denver, and Littleton4 time winner ofCompetitor Magazine Mountain West Region’s ‘Best Running Club.’Seasonal ProgramsWe offer 3 programs each year; Spring, Summer/Fall and Winter.

Revolution Running

12 Week Spring Training program, March 16, 2020 - June 6, 2020
Get ready for classic Colorado races such as the Bolder Boulder 10K, Colorado Marathon and Half and Colfax Half and Full, or use the program to ramp up towards summer goals. This training program can also be used to work on 5K speed, other races of your own choosing or simply to stay fit with a fun and social group.
Groups available in BOULDER, DENVER, LITTLETON, LONGMONT and E. BOULDER CTY
