Forest Bathing is a science backed practice originating in Japan that has made it's way to the US . Experiencing a Forest Bathing session you will find yourself relaxed and connected to nature as you are guided through meditations aimed to focus on your senses and quieting the mind. Mindfulness practices through the use of nature invitations will promote interactions with the surrounding land and ignite your creativity. Forest bathing is a series of sensory invitations that help you slow down, reconnect with your body, ease your mind and explore the outdoors and yourself more deeply.
