Every year PPMD and friends brings to South Louisiana the biggest pre-Mother's Day celebration down south. The Spring Swing Music Festival is a family friendly safe event which is held in the heart of downtown Lafayette (Parc International). Every year the festival brings people from all over the state of Louisiana as well as neighboring states to enjoy a day of food, music, and dancing. This year again is being hosted by KRRQ's Nina Michea and music provided by KRRQ's DJ Vinnie V.
This year performing live on stage is the one and only Wen'dell G, The ordinary man C.G, Mr. Return to Sender J.J. Caillier , Mr. VIP Chris Ardoin , The CEO of Mohitz Intertainment Roi Chip Anthony, and the King of line dancing Cupid closing out the show. Bring your dancing shoes and prepare to swing out, Zydeco, and line dance in the heart of Lafayette.
*Gates open at 2:00 PM and the show ends at 10:00 PM.
*No outside food, drinks, and ice chest allowed.
*No pets allowed.
* Metal detectors will be used before entry.
* to keep the Dancefloor accessible, tents will not be allowed beyond the barricades and the placement of tents are first come first serve.
*Bring your lawn chairs you folding chairs.
